We're a small team in Ventura, California building attritable unmanned systems from the ground up. Small company, real hardware, direct impact — your work goes on the airframe, not into a slide deck.
Own guidance, navigation, and control for aircraft that operate without GNSS. You'll work across estimation, autonomy, and flight test on real airframes with short iteration loops.
Design, build, and test airframes and mechanisms for attritable UAS and interceptors. CAD to shop floor to flight line — you'll touch every step.
Firmware, avionics integration, and sensor interfaces for flight-critical systems. Comfortable at the boundary where software meets hardware meets the real world.
We're small enough that exceptional people shape their own job description. If you build things that fly — or things that stop things that fly — send your resume and a note about what you'd bring to careers@kestrelds.com.
Note: Positions may require access to information subject to U.S. export control regulations. Applicable roles are limited to U.S. persons as defined by ITAR/EAR.
